white or light yellow gel paste, soluble in water. It has excellent decontamination, emulsification and foaming properties. Easily biodegradable, biodegradation is greater than 90%.
The fatty alcohol ether is prepared by sulfation reaction with S03 or chlorosulfonic acid, followed by neutralization with NaOH.
It is easily soluble in water, has excellent removal of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, emulsification, foaming performance and hard water resistance, and its mild washing properties will not damage the skin. Please note when using: In the absence of viscosity regulator, if AES is to be diluted into an aqueous solution containing 30% or 60% active substances, it will often lead to a gel with high viscosity. In order to avoid this phenomenon, the correct method is to add the highly active product to the specified amount of water and stir it at the same time. Do not add water to highly active raw materials, otherwise it may lead to the formation of gel.
This product is used as a component of vinylon oils and other synthetic fiber oils in the textile industry. It can also be used as a raw material for liquid synthetic detergents, which has the advantages of good diffusion and strong washing effect.
used in daily chemical, textile, petroleum, leather, printing and dyeing industries.
is one of the main raw materials of liquid detergent, shampoo, foam bath, hand washing agent and so on. It can also be used as lubricant, dyeing aid and cleaning agent in textile industry.

The preparation of this product includes five process steps: condensation of lauryl alcohol and ethylene oxide, sulfation of condensation products, neutralization, pressure filtration to remove residue, and filtrate distillation to remove alcohol.
452 kg of lauryl alcohol (hydroxyl value 275~320) is put into the reaction kettle, and then 5kg of potassium hydroxide is put into the mixing tank to prepare a 50% aqueous solution and then put into the reaction kettle. Vacuum, control the vacuum degree at 13.3kPa, and gradually raise the temperature to about 120 ℃ for dehydration. After dehydration is completed, nitrogen is used to replace the air, the air is exhausted and the temperature is raised to 140~150 ℃, stirring is started, and 324kg of ethylene oxide is introduced at 3 kPa. Then gradually reduce the kettle temperature to about 5 ℃. Add sulfuric acid for acidification reaction, and neutralize with caustic soda and alcohol solution after 1h. After neutralization, the filter residue is removed by pressure filtration, and the filtrate is removed from alcohol to obtain the finished product.
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Stay away from fire and heat sources. It should be stored separately from the oxidant and should not be mixed. Equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire fighting equipment. The storage area shall be equipped with suitable materials to contain leaks.
Toxicology: Detergent dissolves lipid layer tissue to produce local irritation and damage. This product may produce dioxane.
Poisoning/exposure: Mild to moderate toxicity affects skin, mucous membrane and eye irritation. Vomiting. Ingestion of alkylalkyl sulphuric acid affects renal function.
transportation precautions: the packaging should be complete and the loading should be safe. During transportation, ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage. It is strictly prohibited to mix with oxidants, edible chemicals, etc. During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to sun, rain and high temperature. The vehicle shall be thoroughly cleaned after transportation.
